One sister killed, another wounded after getting shot while being buckled into their car seats

Two young girls, a seven-year-old girl, and her six-year-old sister were the victims of gunfire in Chicago while being buckled into their mother's car on their way to visit their grandmother, killing the oldest and injuring the other.
